You are part of your family system and often the challenges you are facing effect and are effected by the members of your family. No one exists in a vacuum; we are part of a larger system that impacts and is impacted by us. Often it is beneficial to work with the larger family system, who ever that may be, to imporve communication, develop effective conflict resolution, and work together as a supportive team.
